Approved Apps
All Zoom apps must be reviewed and approved by Penn State IT. Below is a list of Penn State approved Zoom Apps. To utilize these apps, click on the desired app below and follow the link to the Marketplace. Once on the Marketplace page click “Visit Site to Add”.

Microsoft OneDrive
The Microsoft OneDrive file sharing integration with Zoom allows users to easily share files during Zoom meetings.

Teach in the Classroom
Arrive approximately 15 minutes early to work though the steps in the document and prepare to teach your class.

Terms and Conditions
Users must sign in with their Penn State Access account using their Penn State user ID (e.g., abc123) and password.
Per Pennsylvania wiretapping law and Penn State Policy AD40, you must inform meeting participants if you plan on recording your meeting.
This tool should ONLY be used for Level 1 and Level 2 information, in compliance with University Policy AD95 and its corresponding Standards. High-risk or restricted data is not permitted while recording.
