Several Zoom AI features are now available in our Zoom Workplace platform. These features, available to all Penn State Zoom account holders, are:
- Smart Recording: Organizes your recordings into sections, identifies key takeaways, and lists action items.
- Meeting Summary: Generates a summary of a meeting with the option for the host to share the summary with all participants.
- Thread Summary: Summarizes discussions in Zoom Team Chat threads.
These features are off by default and can be enabled by the meeting host. They can be used to review next steps from meetings, focus on content during meetings instead of note-taking, and share meeting summaries when you can’t attend a meeting.
