Service packs are updates to Canvas released on a regular basis. The next Service Pack deployment will be on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. ET. This update will fix a bug that caused issues with the bulk enrollment process that is utilized by the service desk. Prior to Tuesday, the Service Desk does have a workaround to handle bulk enrollments.
