Service Desk Locations
The IT Service Desk provides troubleshooting and help with such services as Penn State Access Accounts, Canvas, and more to Penn State students, faculty, and staff members.
University Park locations
Visit the IT Service Desk in person (beginning Feb 8, 2021) at three locations: ResCom Desks in Findlay Commons and Pollock Commons; and Pattee Library Knowledge Commons.
Hours:
ResCom Desks in Findlay and Pollock
Monday through Thursday: 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. Friday: 2 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: Noon - 5 p.m.
Pattee Library Knowledge Commons
Monday through Thursday: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday: 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
No weekend hours
Visit the IT Service Desk virtually. Join the Zoom waiting room http://psu.zoom.com/my/kcservicedesk for device support via virtual agents.
