An issue was discovered with Kaltura Video Quizzes used in Canvas assignments that caused some scores to fail to be sent back to Canvas successfully. This issue arose due to the update made on January 7, 2025, which upgraded all Kaltura content embedded in Canvas through LTI to use the new version of the Kaltura player (V7). To resolve this, the update has been reverted for Kaltura Video quizzes that are used in Canvas assignments to continue using the previous version (V2) of the player.
If you have students that have submitted assignments that use the Kaltura video quizzes in Canvas since January 7th, 2025 you may need to verify the scores were sent to Canvas.
